Purchase and Sale Terms and Conditions for MB Danologistic's E-Shop (www.5tser.com)

1. General Provisions 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") purchasing goods in the e-shop www.5tser.com and MB Danologistic (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). By purchasing goods in the e-shop, the Buyer confirms understanding and commitment to comply with these Terms.

2. Personal Data Protection 2.1. The Buyer must provide the necessary data to complete the purchase order on the e-shop (full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address). 2.2. The Seller confirms that Buyer’s data will only be used for the purposes of purchase completion on www.5tser.com. The Seller commits not to disclose this information to third parties, except for partners involved in fulfilling the Buyer’s order. In other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may only be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Conclusion of Purchase and Sale Agreement 3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer selects a product, fills out the necessary information, agrees to these Terms, and clicks “Confirm”. 3.2. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is archived in MB Danologistic’s database.

4. Buyer's Rights 4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these Terms and relevant Lithuanian legislation. 4.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Physical products are non-returnable once delivered. For digital products, subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable unless a substantial discrepancy with the product description is proven.

5. Buyer's Obligations 5.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and any related fees and to accept the ordered goods in accordance with these Terms. 5.2. Payments for ordered goods can be made via bank transfer or using available e-payment options. When paying by transfer, the Buyer must include the order number as the payment purpose, which is sent to the Buyer by email upon order confirmation. 5.3. The Buyer is responsible for notifying the Seller of any order cancellations prior to dispatch via email to info@5tser.com.

6. Seller’s Rights 6.1. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the stability of the e-shop or engages in unauthorized activities, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate existing agreements without prior notice. 6.2. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by publishing them on the website www.5tser.com. The changes take effect from the date of publication. The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the new Terms if they continue to use the e-shop after changes are made.

7. Seller’s Obligations 7.1. The Seller is committed to completing the order within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the order date, assuming payment has been received. The Seller will inform the Buyer of any delays in advance via email or phone. 7.2. If the Seller is unable to complete the order, they are committed to offering a similar item or refunding the amount paid by the Buyer within 5 business days.

8. Pricing and Payment 8.1. Prices for products in the e-shop are listed in Euros (including VAT). The total cost includes the price of the goods and any applicable delivery charges. 8.2. The Buyer can pay for ordered goods via bank transfer or other available payment options, depending on their chosen method at the time of order submission.

9. Delivery of Goods 9.1. The Buyer can select a delivery address at the time of order. The cost of delivery will be displayed during the checkout process. 9.2. The Buyer or an authorized representative must be present to receive the goods upon delivery. If the Buyer signs the receipt, it is assumed the goods were received in good condition, and the Seller is released from responsibility for any apparent damages.

10. Warranty and Returns 10.1. The characteristics of each product are specified in its description on the website. For any questions about product features, Buyers may inquire via info@5tser.com. 10.2. All physical items sold through the e-shop come with a warranty specified on the invoice or purchase receipt. 10.3. Physical products are not eligible for return. Digital product subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but fees are non-refundable unless it is demonstrated that the information provided substantially diverges from the product description.
