RETURNS

Quality goods purchased at 5tser.com may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of dispatch of the goods to the buyer.

 

 

To return a product, the main conditions should be that the packaging of the product is intact and that the product itself is not damaged/tested. If this condition is met:

• Please contact us by email or via the communication tools on the www.5tser.com page.

• You will indicate the shortage of the product.

• Returns can be made by post.5TSer.com does not refund shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange the return details.

In the event of return of the goods without fault of the Seller, the Buyer shall not be compensated and shall not be reimbursed for the return costs.

 

Once we have received the goods and are satisfied that they are unused, we will refund your money to your account within 5 days.

No refund will be given if the packaging of the product is damaged or if the product has been used in a visually visible way.

 

Online courses and name-brand merchandise with company logos are non-refundable.
