2. Online shop and delivery
When you purchase goods in our online shop www.5tser.com , we collect and process your purchase data (name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, place of residence, street, house/apartment number, postcode, payment details (bank, bank account)) and delivery data (preferred delivery time, other information relevant to the courier) for the purpose of processing your order and delivering the goods. If you do not provide these details, we will not be able to fulfil your order and deliver the goods.
3. Candidates' personal data
We process the personal data (name, contact telephone, email address and CV) of candidates who have sent their CV directly to us by email or via job portals in order to enable us to select candidates for the position. We process this personal data on the basis of consent.
When we recruit for a position, we only process candidates' personal data that relate to their qualifications, professional abilities and personal qualities. At the end of the selection period for a specific position, we delete the CVs and other data sent by candidates, unless we have obtained the candidate's consent to process his/her personal data for a longer period of time in order to be able to offer the job position. In this case, we will keep the candidate's personal data for 1 year.
4. Website queries
When you make a request on our website www.5tser.com , we collect and process your name, email address, the subject and the comment you provide in order to answer your questions. We process your personal data on the basis of your consent. If you do not provide this personal data, 5TSer will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
5. Games and lotteries
On the basis of your consent, in order to organise games and lotteries and to notify you of your winnings, we process the names, surnames, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the persons participating in lotteries. We process this personal data on the basis of your consent. If you do not provide this personal data, 5TSer will not be able to ensure your participation in games and lotteries.
6. Data retention period
We process and store all your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
We process and store the data necessary for the administration and execution of targeted discount programmes for as long as you participate in such targeted programme and for 1 month after the end of your participation.
We store your order data in our online shop for 10 years.
We store website query data and game and lottery data for up to 10 years.
We process and store the data necessary for direct marketing for 3 years after your last purchase on the 5TSer online shop, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.
7. Data protection
We apply the security and processing requirements set out in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
